General Terms of Transactions

Purchase, Pricing, and Payment
You can order any product you wish by filling out the relevant order form through our Website.
The price of each product will be the one displayed on our website, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If it is impossible to contact you, we will assume that your order has been canceled and will refund you in full for the amount you have paid.
The prices on our website include VAT but do not include product shipping costs.
Our company reserves the right to refuse to accept any order: (i) placed by a customer with whom there is an outstanding dispute regarding the payment of a previous order, or (ii) that does not comply with these general terms of sale. In the event that we find that the order does not meet these terms of sale (for example: placing an order with an incorrect delivery address, payment details, etc.), we will inform the customer either by phone or email. In the event that the customer does not contact our Company to correct any inaccurate details or information provided in their order, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Retention of Title
Our Company retains ownership of the goods in your order until their full and complete payment, including taxes and expenses.

Pickups from our premises are carried out during the hours and days of operation of our stores. Unpaid orders that are not picked up within 3 days are automatically canceled.

Purchases of products by credit or debit card are made securely through a special service of EUROBANK.
Please note that our Company does not collect or store your card details in any way.
In the event that your credit card is not approved by your bank, our Company reserves the right to cancel your order.
