Shipping/Returns

Shipping Terms
Deliveries within Greece are made via courier, and the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
The estimated time is indicative and may differ for islands and remote areas.

 

Delivery / Ownership / Risk
The customer is charged with the shipping costs for the orders.
For orders over  fifty(50.00) euros, shipping is FREE.
In inaccessible areas where vehicle access is difficult, the order is shipped (villages, etc.) through the courier service, and the products are picked up from the respective courier branches in cities of Greece.
If you do not agree with the shipping cost, you have the right, within 2 hours from the time of receiving the relevant information, to request the correction or cancellation of the order.
The passage of this deadline will constitute proof of your agreement and acceptance of the shipping cost.
For products whose availability is "ON ORDER" or "LIMITED AVAILABILITY" and provided that they can be ordered from our suppliers, the delivery time is approximately 5-14 business days (Monday to Friday).
The place of delivery is stated in the Registration Confirmation.
The above shipping deadlines do not apply in cases of force majeure (including but not limited to cases of extreme weather events, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
Our Company will inform you by phone or email of any delays in your order. Our Company bears no responsibility for packages lost due to shipment to the wrong address because of incorrect entry of your contact details by you.

 

Policy on Exchanges and Returns


Product Exchanges
In case you have purchased any product from our online store, you have the right, within fourteen (14) calendar days, to exchange the product you purchased for another product of equal value.
Exchanges are accepted provided that the following conditions are met - cumulatively:

- You have contacted us by filling out our relevant contact form, stating your full name and the products you wish to return, as well as the reason for the return, and you have sent the products to our Address immediately within 14 working days from the date of their receipt.
- The returned products must be accompanied by a photocopy of the payment receipt or invoice.
- The products must be in the same condition in which you received them, without having used them, placed them, or violated the packaging. They must also be accompanied by their original packaging intact, as well as any other document that may accompany the products. In the case of returning products that are in a box, both the products and the packaging box must be in excellent condition and not have been used, placed, or altered (e.g., sticking packaging tape on the packaging box).
Exchanges are not made: (a) if the product has been used after opening, (b) if the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered, or if it has been damaged.

Product Returns
In case you have purchased any product from our online store, you have the right, within fourteen (14) calendar days, to return the product you purchased for any reason and request a refund. The above right of withdrawal can be exercised under the following conditions:

- You must send us a photocopy of the payment receipt or invoice.
- The products must be in the same condition in which you received them, without having used them, placed them, or violated the packaging. They must also be accompanied by their original packaging intact, as well as any other document that may accompany the products. In the case of returning products that are in a box, both the products and the packaging box must be in excellent condition and not have been used or altered (e.g., sticking packaging tape on the packaging box).
Method of Refund: The refund is made within 14-20 days from the date of receipt of the returned product, in the same way that the original payment was made.
No amount will be refunded to you if the product has been used after opening, if the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered, or if it has been damaged. For the refund, the value of the product is taken at the current daily price.
In case of return, the customer is charged for the shipping cost.

 

Defective Products
Products are considered defective if they are damaged upon receipt by you or if they have a manufacturing defect at the time of purchase.
Any product that shows wear and tear due to use or damage due to mishandling cannot be considered defective. Products that show an obvious manufacturing defect can be replaced by us with the same product, subject to availability, or you can choose any other product you desire.
In case of disagreement regarding the manufacturing defect, our Company reserves the right to conduct a quality check to clarify whether the defect is real. In case of a real defect, the product can either be repaired or replaced with another product.
Our Company does not assume responsibility for the returned products until their successful arrival at our store.
In case a real defect is found in the product, the return cost is borne by our store.
Returns of defective products are accepted if the following conditions are met:

- You must contact us no later than twenty-four (24) hours by filling out the relevant contact form with your name, the products you want to return, and the defect they present, including relevant photos of the defective product.
- The defective products must be sent to our Company within 14 working days of receipt, at the following address:

- The products must be accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice or payment receipt.
- For defective products, the return cost is borne by our store.
Method of Refund: The refund is made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product, in the same way that the original payment was made.

 

Order Cancellation
You can cancel the order within two (2) hours from the time you submitted it to our online store. The cancellation request must be sent via email, and you must receive a notification from us that we have received your request. In this case, you are not charged with the shipping costs of your order.
